We present on this page a snap shot of highlights in the life of Mr. Naval T.Gulrajani. Born in the early 1900’s in a small town of Hyderabad, Sindh, when Sindhi was apart of the British Colony of India. He was the son of a medical professional and went to England to study Electrical /Mechanical Engineering. On his return he joined the Indian Civil Service in the Ministry of Food & Agriculture and embarked thereafter or his outstanding career representing India in world affairs.
